Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners acquired Enviromatic Systems, a Grand Prairie, Texas-based provider of building management systems (BMS) and essential facility services, from Audax Private Equity's Origins strategy. Wind Point will partner with Enviromatic's leadership to invest in technician training, technology and infrastructure to support an aggressive growth and geographic expansion strategy; terms were not disclosed.

MML Capital Acquires OnPoint Industrial Services from Capstreet and HCI

MML said it will invest in technology and expand OnPoint's capabilities to accelerate growth.
