Madison Air has acquired AcoustiFLO, a Denver‑area manufacturer of high‑performance plenum fans and acoustic fan technology, to add aerodynamic efficiency and acoustic performance capabilities to its Air Handling Group (AHG). AcoustiFLO, founded in 1995 and headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, will report to Madison Air's AHG and its technology will be integrated across portfolio air‑handling platforms including FANWALL offerings.

PumpMan Acquires Flo-Systems, Inc. to Expand St. Louis Metro Coverage

PumpMan has acquired Flo-Systems, Inc., a Troy, Illinois-based provider of pump sales, service and repair for water and wastewater systems, to establish a presence in the St. Louis / Southern Illinois market. Flo-Systems will continue to operate from its Troy facility with its current staff and founder Tom Caraker, Jr. remaining as General Manager while PumpMan invests in facilities, equipment and human resources to support growth.

USA DeBusk Acquires Nitro-Lift

USA DeBusk LLC has acquired Nitro-Lift (Nitro Lift Technologies LLC, Nitro-Lift Fabrication LLC, and Nitro-Chem Solutions LLC), a family-owned provider of nitrogen services, fabrication and chemical sales serving upstream, midstream and downstream oil & gas markets. The deal expands USA DeBusk’s turnkey service offering and geographic footprint, with Nitro-Lift’s operations to be branded as Nitro-Lift, A USA DeBusk Company.

Lufkin Industries Acquires Schlumberger's North American Rod Lift Business

Lufkin Industries, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Schlumberger’s North American Land Rod Lift Business, including brands such as Don‑Nan, Shores Lift Solutions, KBA Engineering, Platinum Pumpjack Services and RLC Rod Lift Consulting. The deal expands Lufkin’s manufacturing, distribution and technology capabilities in rod lift and artificial‑lift solutions across major North American onshore oil producing regions, including the Permian Basin.

ReadyLIFT (Wheel Pros) Acquires Zbroz Racing

ReadyLIFT Suspensions, a division of Wheel Pros (backed by Clearlake Capital), acquired Zbroz Racing, a manufacturer of UTV and snowmobile suspension components. The add-on expands ReadyLIFT/Wheel Pros' powersports and aftermarket suspension product portfolio and gives Zbroz access to Wheel Pros' sourcing and distribution network; terms were not disclosed.

Axius Water Acquires S&N Airoflo, Inc.

Axius Water, a PE-backed provider of nutrient management solutions, has acquired S&N Airoflo, Inc., a Greenwood, Mississippi-based supplier of surface aeration systems. The add-on expands Axius's nutrient removal and lagoon/oxidation ditch aeration capabilities and brings energy-efficient floating brush rotor technology into its portfolio.
