H.I.G. Capital has completed the acquisition of USA DeBusk, a national provider of mission-critical industrial cleaning and infrastructure maintenance services. First Reserve sold its interest in the company; USA DeBusk's management, led by CEO Andrew DeBusk, will remain significant shareholders as H.I.G. partners with the team to expand capabilities, geographic footprint and pursue add-on acquisitions.

Lufkin Industries Acquires Schlumberger's North American Rod Lift Business

Lufkin Industries, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Schlumberger’s North American Land Rod Lift Business, including brands such as Don‑Nan, Shores Lift Solutions, KBA Engineering, Platinum Pumpjack Services and RLC Rod Lift Consulting. The deal expands Lufkin’s manufacturing, distribution and technology capabilities in rod lift and artificial‑lift solutions across major North American onshore oil producing regions, including the Permian Basin.

LBB Specialties Acquires Debro Inc.

Air Lift Company Acquires Flo Airride Mfg.

Operations and production will be moved to Air Lift’s Lansing, Michigan headquarters, Flo Airride founder Mike Alexander joins Air Lift Performance as Brand Manager, and Air Lift also gained rights to Slam'd Magazine.

Nitto Denko Acquires Bend Labs, Inc.

Nitto Denko Corporation has acquired Bend Labs, Inc., a Farmington, Utah-based developer of flexible sensor technologies. Bend will merge into the Nitto Group as Nitto Bend Technologies to combine Bend's sensor devices with Nitto's adhesive and flexible printed circuit capabilities to develop next-generation products and sensor-data services for automotive, healthcare, sports and robotics markets.
