Freedom Electronics, a portfolio company of Summit Park, has acquired ESCO Services, Inc. and ESCO Manufacturing, LLC — aftermarket providers of refurbished electronic parts with locations in Michigan, Colorado, and Florida. The add-on expands Freedom's national footprint and technical capabilities in the retail fueling / petroleum aftermarket, creating a larger supplier of new and remanufactured parts for convenience stores and fueling stations.
