Petards Group plc has conditionally agreed to acquire Affini Technology Group Limited (and its subsidiary Affini Technology Limited) for approximately £2.8 million, payable as c.£2.5 million cash and the issue of consideration shares. Affini is a UK-based critical communications solutions provider serving transport (including aviation, rail, bus), blue light, energy, defence and construction sectors, with c.£5.6m revenue in 2023 and 36 employees.
