Affluence Corporation has agreed to definitive terms to acquire FlexiScale Technologies, Ltd and Flexiant IP Ltd, with definitive documents to be executed in Q1 2021. The acquisition brings edge computing Nano-Node infrastructure and cloud orchestration software into Affluence's portfolio to expand its Edge Cloud, 5G and smart city product capabilities.
