Evolution Funding Group has acquired Click Dealer Limited, a Stoke-on-Trent–based automotive software and digital services provider, in a deal supported by follow-on funding from mid-market private equity firm LDC. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands Evolution's digital and SaaS capabilities—bringing Click’s dealer website hosting, DMS and digital solutions (serving ~1,550 dealers) into Evolution’s motor finance and online customer journey platform.
