Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital have made a majority investment in Billbee GmbH, a Twistetal-based provider of multichannel e-commerce SaaS for small retailers in the DACH region. Billbee will serve as the nucleus of an e-commerce software group to pursue organic growth and add-on acquisitions; founder Jan Krause will retain a stake and the company will continue to be led by Managing Director David Pohlmann.

E-Commerce Software Group Acquires DemoUp Cliplister

The E-Commerce Software Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, has acquired DemoUp Cliplister GmbH, a Berlin-based SaaS platform for visual content management and syndication. The acquisition expands the group's e-commerce SaaS offering (alongside Billbee, Channel Pilot, VentoryOne and Amazervice) to improve product visualization, enable cross-selling and optimize digital marketing for brands and retailers across Europe.
