Leap Partners Acquires A1 Heating & Air Conditioning and Engineered Heating and Air

Leap Partners, a Nashville-based home services platform, acquired A1 Heating & Air Conditioning (Huntsville, Alabama) and Engineered Heating and Air (Lexington, Kentucky) as add-on acquisitions to expand its HVAC footprint across the Southeast. Each acquired firm will continue to operate under its existing brand while joining AIR’s network of commercial HVAC operating companies.
