Visible Supply Chain Management Acquires Dallas-based TriCon

Visible Supply Chain Management, a Salt Lake City-based logistics and fulfillment provider, has acquired TriCon, a Dallas-based logistics, customs brokerage and fulfillment company. The acquisition adds TriCon's customs brokerage and international transportation capabilities and three warehouse locations (Orlando, Seattle and Dallas), expanding Visible's U.S. fulfillment footprint to seven locations.

Quantix Acquires CLX Logistics

Quantix SCS, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired CLX Logistics, a Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based provider of chemical-focused transportation management systems, managed services, liquid bulk 3PL and analytics. The deal expands Quantix's capabilities in liquid bulk and technology, creating a combined chemical-focused 3PL platform with more than $2 billion in logistics spend, approximately 5,400 owned assets, 40+ distribution centers and rail terminals, and 3,300 partner carrier relationships.

Cox Transportation Services Acquires Outwest Express

Cox Transportation Services has acquired Outwest Express, a Texas-based truckload carrier specializing in Mexican cross-border logistics, adding more than 400 tractors and 1,200 trailers to Cox's network. The deal was completed alongside a majority recapitalization of Cox led by Expedition Capital Partners and Prudential Private Capital to support continued platform growth.

Estes Logistics Acquires Key Trucking Inc

Estes Logistics, a division of Estes Express Lines, has acquired Key Trucking Inc, a regional full-service transportation and freight provider based in Kent, Washington. The acquisition expands Estes' footprint into the Pacific Northwest and transfers all current Key Trucking employees to Estes while preserving the company's legacy under the Castagno family ownership transition.
