Cox Automotive acquired the remaining minority ownership stakes in its Fleet Services business from Mike Dickinson and Ted Coltrain, consolidating full ownership after initially acquiring Dickinson Fleet Services in 2020. The move supports Cox's long-term commitment to expand mobile maintenance and emergency mobile services across the U.S.; Coltrain will retire and Dickinson will remain in a consultancy role.

FleetPride Acquires Steubenville Truck Center

Truck Center Companies, a Freightliner/Western Star dealership group based in Omaha, Nebraska, has acquired Harrison Truck Centers, adding eight Freightliner/Western Star sales and service locations across Minnesota and Iowa. The deal expands Truck Center Companies' geographic footprint in the Upper Midwest and brings Harrison's staff into TCC while the current Harrison ownership group will remain in managerial roles.

FleetPride Acquires Integrity Fleet Services

FleetPride, the nation’s largest distributor of truck and trailer parts and services, has acquired the assets of Integrity Fleet Services, a fleet maintenance and repair provider based in Pacific, Washington. The deal adds a Pacific service center and mobile maintenance trucks to FleetPride’s network, strengthening its service capabilities and local footprint for commercial fleet customers. Glen Grader, owner of Integrity Fleet Services, will transition the business into FleetPride.
