All Roads Acquires Central Truck Center

All Roads, a privately held multi-channel retail and commercial services enterprise based in Baltimore, Maryland, has acquired Central Truck Center, a Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealership based in Landover, Maryland, from owners Sam Keyton and Henry Meinhardt III. Chesapeake Corporate Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Central Truck Center; Sam Keyton will remain with the combined organization in a sales leadership role. The acquisition expands All Roads' commercial truck sales and repair capacity in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Penske Automotive Group Acquires Transolutions Truck Centres

Penske Automotive Group, through its Premier Truck Group subsidiary, acquired Transolutions Truck Centres (TSTC), a five-location medium- and heavy-duty truck and bus dealership network based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The deal expands Premier Truck Group's presence into Manitoba, adds approximately $180 million of expected annualized revenue and about 200 employees (including 59 technicians and 73 service bays).

Velocity Truck Centers Acquires Triad Freightliner Group, Carolina Freightliner and H&H Freightliner

Velocity Truck Centers (part of Velocity Vehicle Group) has acquired the Triad Freightliner group — including Triad Freightliner, Triad Freightliner of Kingsport, West Carolina Freightliner, Carolina Freightliner and H&H Freightliner — expanding VTC’s footprint into North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. The acquisition adds nine dealership locations and more than 400 employees, broadening VTC’s commercial vehicle sales, service, parts and financing capabilities in the Southeast.

HOLT Truck Centers Acquires Kyrish Truck Centers

HOLT Truck Centers (a HOLT Group operating company) has acquired Kyrish Truck Centers, a family-owned operator of 20 International Motors, Fleetrite Truck Parts, Idealease, and Longhorn Bus dealerships and service centers in Texas. The deal brings HOLT’s total locations to 35, makes it the third-largest International Motors dealer in the U.S., and transfers roughly 550 Kyrish employees to HOLT while preserving Kyrish’s Longhorn Bus brand in Texas.

Velocity Truck Centers Acquires Triple-T Truck Centers

Velocity Truck Centers (part of Velocity Vehicle Group) has acquired Triple-T Truck Centers and its Aftermarket Parts business, expanding VTC's footprint across the Carolinas and the Southeast. The deal brings Triple-T's locations and a New Bern-based parts business into VTC's network as the company grows to 62 locations offering sales, service, parts and financing; owner Tim Matt has sold the business and VTC has committed to retain stewardship of management and employees.

Nextran Truck Centers Acquires Quincy Mack, Decatur Mack and H&L Mack

Nextran Truck Centers has acquired Quincy Mack, Decatur Mack, and H&L Mack, adding five dealership locations across Illinois, Missouri and Iowa and expanding Nextran’s footprint from 26 to 31 locations. The deal strengthens Nextran’s sales, parts, service and rental & leasing capabilities and reinforces its position as a leading Mack Trucks dealer in North America; the sellers were led by owner Jack Sharkey.
