Exyte has agreed to acquire Kinetics Group from investment firm Quadriga Capital, expanding Exyte's capabilities in installation services, equipment and technical facility management for high‑tech sectors. Kinetics — a global provider serving semiconductors, biopharma and battery-cell markets with ~2,500 employees and >€500m revenue in 2023 — will operate within Exyte's Technology & Services business area to broaden Exyte's end-to-end offering.
