CASE Acquires CyberKinetics

CASE, a portfolio company of private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, has acquired CyberKinetics, a Herndon, Virginia-based cloud and cyber services provider focused on federal and national security customers. The deal (terms undisclosed) adds cloud, DevOps, data engineering and IT infrastructure planning capabilities to CASE and is intended to provide scale to pursue larger contracts; CyberKinetics’ management will remain with the combined organization.
