Knexus, a Vienna, Virginia–based provider of AI solutions to the U.S. federal government, has acquired S4, a Bedford, Massachusetts provider of enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and intelligence analysis services. The deal combines Knexus' AI capabilities with S4's cybersecurity and IT delivery to expand end-to-end AI-enabled solutions and improve mission-focused support for federal customers.
