Axiologic Solutions Acquires Knowledge Link

Axiologic Solutions LLC, a Fairfax-based federal IT and systems engineering firm, acquired Herndon-based intelligence services provider Knowledge Link. The deal expands Axiologic's intelligence capabilities and financial, technology and program management expertise for classified federal customers, and nearly doubles the combined team's size. Advisors on the transaction included Miles & Stockbridge PC and Atlantic Union Bank for Axiologic and FON Corporate Finance and Rees Broome for Knowledge Link.

Tetra Tech Acquires Axiom Data Science
