Axiologic Solutions has acquired Tysons-based Data Intelligence Technologies to broaden its capabilities in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and data science for the intelligence community and federal customers. Data Intelligence was represented by DLA Piper (legal) and Monument Capital Partners (financial advisor); Axiologic was supported by Rees Broome, Pipaya and Atlantic Union Bank.

Tech Data completed its acquisition of DLT Solutions, a software and cloud solutions aggregator focused on the U.S. public sector, adding public-sector contract vehicles and expertise to Tech Data's channel offerings. The deal (reported purchase price ~$205 million) makes DLT a wholly owned subsidiary and expands Tech Data's capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, analytics and IT infrastructure for government customers.

Bain Capital Credit led financing for the transaction with follow-on investments from Riverwood Capital and Paramark Ventures; the deal is intended to expand Sensor Tower's product capabilities, APAC presence and enterprise customer base.
