CACI Acquires Applied Insight

CACI International has acquired Reston, Virginia-based cloud, data and cybersecurity firm Applied Insight from private equity owner Acacia Group in an all-cash transaction. The deal adds Applied Insight’s cloud migration, secure networking and infrastructure modernization capabilities—and its government/DoD and Intelligence Community relationships—to CACI’s portfolio, strengthening the buyer’s cloud and cyber offerings for defense and national security customers.

ID Technologies (Acacia Group) Acquires Attila Security

ID Technologies, an Acacia Group company, has acquired Attila Security, a Maryland-based developer of the GoSilent Platform and hardware encryptors used by U.S. federal government customers. The deal integrates Attila's product IP and customers into ID Technologies' Archon secure solutions division to expand its CSfC and ultra-secure remote access capabilities.

CACI International Acquires Azure Summit Technology

CACI International Inc. has acquired Azure Summit Technology in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.275 billion, strengthening CACI's capabilities in RF hardware, software-defined technologies, and electromagnetic-spectrum solutions for defense customers.
