CACI International Acquires Azure Summit Technology

CACI International Inc. has acquired Azure Summit Technology in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.275 billion, strengthening CACI's capabilities in RF hardware, software-defined technologies, and electromagnetic-spectrum solutions for defense customers. The acquisition brings more than 300 Azure Summit employees into CACI and expands CACI's offerings in ISR, electronic warfare (EW), and signals intelligence (SIGINT) across maritime and airborne platforms.
