The deal adds APA's 14 employees and roughly $2.9 million in revenue to CBIZ's Retirement Investment Services practice and strengthens CBIZ's presence in the Indianapolis metro market.

Integrated Pension Services, a national retirement plan consulting and compliance firm based in Boston, has acquired BDS Consulting Group, a specialized retirement plan consulting firm serving more than 260 plan clients nationwide. The deal includes all client relationships and staff (BDS employees will join Integrated Pension) and expands Integrated Pension's scale by nearly 50%, strengthening its retirement plan compliance and workplace wealth capabilities.

AssuredPartners Acquires Pierce Group Benefits, LLC

NFP Acquires Diversified Brokerage Services (DBS)

NFP has acquired Diversified Brokerage Services, Inc. (DBS), a Minneapolis-based life insurance brokerage and one of the largest BGAs in the United States. The acquisition expands NFP's life insurance distribution capabilities and adds DBS's enterprise relationships with broker-dealers, wirehouses and RIAs; DBS principals George 'Chip' Van Dusen IV and Tori Van Dusen-Roos will join NFP.
