The acquisition expands CBIZ's retirement planning advisory capacity on the West Coast and adds approximately 25 employees and $3.6 million in annual revenue to its business.

(an independent CPA firm that works closely with CBIZ) acquired Somerset’s attest assets; the transaction expands CBIZ’s presence into the Indianapolis market and broadens its service capabilities.

The deal includes all client relationships and staff (BDS employees will join Integrated Pension) and expands Integrated Pension's scale by nearly 50%, strengthening its retirement plan compliance and workplace wealth capabilities.

Prime Pensions Acquires Associated Pension Consultants
