CBIZ, Inc. has acquired American Pension Advisors, Ltd., a retirement plan consulting and administration firm based in Indianapolis, effective July 1, 2023. The deal adds APA's 14 employees and roughly $2.9 million in revenue to CBIZ's Retirement Investment Services practice and strengthens CBIZ's presence in the Indianapolis metro market.

Integrated Pension Services Acquires BDS Consulting Group

Integrated Pension Services, a national retirement plan consulting and compliance firm based in Boston, has acquired BDS Consulting Group, a specialized retirement plan consulting firm serving more than 260 plan clients nationwide. The deal includes all client relationships and staff (BDS employees will join Integrated Pension) and expands Integrated Pension's scale by nearly 50%, strengthening its retirement plan compliance and workplace wealth capabilities.

Prime Pensions Acquires Pension Benefits Unlimited
