LFM Capital Acquires Heartland Steel Products

LFM Capital has acquired Heartland Steel Products, a U.S.-based manufacturer of structural steel platforms, pallet racking systems and material-handling products sold under the SpaceRAK and Heartland Engineered Products brands. LFM said it will invest in Heartland’s manufacturing capabilities, optimize facility workflows and add engineering and leadership talent to support growing demand from distribution, warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment.

LFM Capital-Backed SteelPro Acquires Assets of CoBuilt

An affiliate of SteelPro, a portfolio company backed by LFM Capital, acquired the assets of Memphis-based CoBuilt, LLC. The asset purchase expands SteelPro's fabrication capabilities and adds a second manufacturing facility in the Memphis area; terms were not disclosed.

Accelevation Acquires SteelPro

Accelevation has acquired SteelPro, a structural steel fabricator based in Houston, Mississippi with operations in Memphis, Tennessee, to expand its vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities for data center infrastructure. The deal increases Accelevation's fabrication capacity and brings SteelPro's expertise in generator platforms, external steel structures, and cooling tower systems; SteelPro founder Jeremy Harrell joins Accelevation's leadership team.

Blacksmith Applications, a Strattam Capital-backed SaaS provider of trade promotion management software, has acquired T-Pro Solutions of Columbus, Ohio to add trade promotion optimization and predictive analytics capabilities. Blacksmith will retain the T-Pro brand, name T-Pro CEO Terry Ziegler as General Manager of the T-Pro product division, and invest in product enhancements to expand its end-to-end trade promotion and optimization offering.

KKSP Precision Machining Acquires PRO Manufactured Products

KKSP Precision Machining, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, acquired PRO Manufactured Products, a Plainfield, Connecticut-based manufacturer of stainless steel, aluminum and other alloy custom components. The deal expands KKSP's machining capabilities and alloy expertise and continues the company's expansion into the Northeast, supporting cross-selling into end markets including medical devices, communications, and water filtration.
