The private equity firm said the investment will support Patron's pivot to virtual/hybrid event capabilities, strengthen its product suite and back the existing management team through COVID-related market disruption.

Patron Technology Acquires Fan Interactive Marketing

Patron Technology, the Pittsburgh-based event technology platform, has acquired Fan Interactive Marketing, a data-driven fan engagement and marketing services specialist. The deal (terms undisclosed) brings Fan Interactive's CRM, email marketing and digital advertising capabilities into Patron's ticketing and fan-engagement platform to strengthen marketing and data consolidation capabilities for live entertainment clients.

Aptean, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software, has acquired Momentis, a Montreal-based provider of purpose-built software for the fashion, apparel, footwear and accessories industries. The acquisition adds Momentis' cloud-based product lifecycle, order, sourcing, warehouse and financial management capabilities to Aptean's apparel offerings and expands Aptean's footprint in the fashion and apparel supply chain.

Clearlake-backed VictoryLive Acquires Ticket Evolution

Clearlake Capital and VictoryLive (led by Sam Soni) acquired Ticket Evolution, an end-to-end ticketing software provider, in an add-on transaction to the VictoryLive platform. The acquisition — terms not disclosed — adds Ticket Evolution's B2B marketplace, SaaS fulfillment platform, and pricing-intelligence capabilities to VictoryLive to enhance offerings for rightsholders, resellers, and event managers.

TickPick Acquires Fanimal

TickPick, the New York–based secondary ticket marketplace, has acquired Fanimal, a Venice, California–based ticketing platform for small and mid-sized venues and promoters. The acquisition will let TickPick integrate Fanimal's primary-ticketing, marketing tools and patented payment solutions into its platform and expand partnerships (including with LaLiga North America); deal terms were not disclosed.

Springshare Acquires Patron Point
