American Securities LLC has closed its acquisition of CPM Holdings Inc., partnering with CPM's management team; financial terms were not disclosed. CPM, headquartered in Waterloo, Iowa, is a global supplier of engineered process equipment for the animal feed, oilseed processing, extrusion and thermal processing markets, and American Securities plans to invest in product innovation, geographic expansion and aftermarket growth.

Koch Equity Development Invests $400M in CPM Holdings

Koch Equity Development LLC (KED) has made a $400 million strategic equity investment in CPM Holdings, Inc.; proceeds will fund a distribution to CPM’s existing equity holders. Affiliates of American Securities will remain majority owners alongside KED and management, and the investment is intended to accelerate product and capability investment across CPM’s process equipment businesses.

GMJ will join CPI's Durwood Greene Construction Co. platform, expanding CPI's production footprint and local operating talent to support public infrastructure work across the Houston metro area.
