Wastequip Acquires Foster Hydraulics

Charlotte-based Wastequip has acquired Foster Hydraulics, a family-owned hydraulic cylinder manufacturer in Louisville, Kentucky. The deal brings cylinder production in-house for Wastequip’s truck and aftermarket brands (including Galbreath and Amrep), increasing eastern U.S. production capacity, reducing lead times and strengthening OEM and aftermarket offerings.

Flow Control Holdings (Edgewater) Acquires FlexFit Hose, LLC

Edgewater Growth Capital Partners IV’s portfolio company Flow Control Holdings, LLC (through its Ace Sanitary division) has acquired FlexFit Hose, LLC, a manufacturer of flexible hose products for sanitary and high-purity applications. FlexFit will be integrated into FCH’s Ace Sanitary division in Cincinnati to expand the platform’s capabilities in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical end markets.

Rehlko Acquires The Wilmott Group

Rehlko has completed the acquisition of The Wilmott Group, a U.K.-based supplier of critical back-up power solutions, to expand its EMEA operations. The deal integrates WB Power Services and Wiltech Acoustics into Rehlko, strengthening the company's engineering, manufacturing and service capabilities to better serve data centers, healthcare, education and other mission-critical sectors across the region.

SBP Holdings / Dakota Fluid Power Acquires Kenco Hydraulics

The add-on acquisition (closed June 10, 2021) gives JGB entry into the Canadian market, adding six locations, a complementary hose and fittings product portfolio and service capabilities to serve roughly 3,000 customers across forestry, mining, construction, agriculture and other industrial end markets.

DNOW Inc. Acquires Whitco Supply, LLC

DNOW Inc. (DNOW) has entered into an agreement to acquire Whitco Supply, LLC in an all-cash transaction subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The acquisition expands DNOW's presence in the midstream and broader energy markets by adding Whitco's product expertise, approximately 230 employees, and eight U.S. locations.
