Rexel Group has agreed to acquire Wasco, a leading Dutch wholesaler in heating, plumbing, spare parts and HVAC, from Gilde Equity Management and Wasco management. The transaction, subject to works council consultation and European competition approval, will allow Wasco to continue expanding its product range and support customers in the Netherlands' energy transition while operating under its own name.

Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions Acquires Willick Engineering

Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, a Duluth, Georgia-based manufacturer of X-Ray and CT systems, has acquired Willick Engineering Co., Inc., a Santa Fe Springs, California supplier of nondestructive testing (NDT) X-ray equipment and related services. The deal — supported by Pinnacle’s partner Altus Capital Partners — expands Pinnacle’s west coast presence, product/service offerings and NADCAP-certified inspection capacity; financial terms were not disclosed.

(FPH), a portfolio company of JMH Capital Partners, has acquired Wilco Supply, LLC, a Houston-based independent distributor of hydraulic and industrial hoses, fittings, and fabrication services. The acquisition expands FPH’s geographic presence in the Houston market and broadens its product, service and technical capabilities to better serve industrial customers.

Royal Power Solutions Acquires Business Assets from Wieland Rolled Products North America

CECO Environmental Acquires UK-Based Wakefield Acoustics
