Altus Capital Partners Acquires Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, LLC

Altus Capital Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm focused on middle-market manufacturing, has acquired Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, LLC, a Suwanee, Georgia manufacturer of non-destructive testing (NDT) X-ray and CT systems and related inspection services. The acquisition is a new platform investment for Altus; Pinnacle's management will remain in place and financial terms were not disclosed.

Rehlko Acquires The Wilmott Group

Rehlko has completed the acquisition of The Wilmott Group, a U.K.-based supplier of critical back-up power solutions, to expand its EMEA operations. The deal integrates WB Power Services and Wiltech Acoustics into Rehlko, strengthening the company's engineering, manufacturing and service capabilities to better serve data centers, healthcare, education and other mission-critical sectors across the region.

Acuren Acquires Alloyweld Inspection

Acuren Inspection, Inc. acquired Alloyweld Inspection Company, Inc., a two-location Illinois nondestructive testing (NDT) services provider; the transaction closed on September 13, 2023. Generational Equity advised Alloyweld on the sale — the deal brings Alloyweld’s specialized radiography and 3D CT capabilities into Acuren’s broader asset integrity and NDT platform to expand service capabilities for aerospace, medical device and industrial customers.

Graycliff Partners Acquires XCEL NDT

Southfield Mezzanine provided subordinated debt and an equity investment to support Graycliff's acquisition; Graycliff and XCEL management plan to grow the business organically and via add-on acquisitions, expanding services, geographies and end markets.

Xcite Automotive Acquires Pinnacle Automotive

Xcite Automotive has acquired Pinnacle Automotive, including its Diamond Dealer Services and Diamond Digital PRO platforms, to expand its reconditioning, merchandising and inventory workflow capabilities. The Pinnacle assets will be integrated into Xcite's ReconLogic and Frontline platforms; Camden Partners (a Baltimore-based private equity firm) also joined Xcite's board as part of the announcement.

The Norlee Group Acquires Colwill Engineering

The Norlee Group, a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital Group, has acquired Colwill Engineering, a Tampa-based electrical, mechanical and technology engineering contractor. White Wolf provided senior term debt and a minority equity co-investment to finance the add-on acquisition, which expands Norlee's engineering and design capabilities across Florida and nationwide.
