Amplify Acquires Desmos Curriculum and Instructional Technology

Amplify has acquired the curriculum and instructional technology assets of Desmos to integrate Desmos’ digital math tools and curriculum into Amplify’s K–12 offerings. Desmos’ calculators will remain independent under a new Public Benefit Corporation, Desmos Studio, led by founder Eli Luberoff and continue to be free to teachers and students.
