Xponential Fitness Acquires Body Fit Training for $44M

Xponential Fitness, Inc. acquired Australia-based fitness franchisor Body Fit Training (BFT) for $44 million in a mix of cash and debt. Xponential acquired BFT's intellectual property, will support nearly 130 open franchised studios (and ~150 obligated to open) across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore while expanding the brand into the United States and Canada; BFT's co-CEOs will remain as master franchisors in APAC.
