Rumble Inc. completed its previously announced business combination with CF Acquisition Corp. VI, resulting in Rumble becoming a publicly traded company on NASDAQ under the ticker symbols RUM and RUMBW. The transaction provided Rumble with approximately $400 million in gross proceeds (including an $85 million PIPE and a $15 million forward purchase), which the company said will fund product and infrastructure development, creator recruitment, marketing, team expansion and future acquisitions.
