Boom Cycle and KOBOX Merge to Form United Fitness Brands

London boutique fitness operators Boom Cycle and KOBOX have merged to form United Fitness Brands, a new holding company chaired by David Lloyd and backed by existing investors including Nectar Capital, Pembroke VCT, Andurand Capital and Prism Equity. The combined group will pursue immediate studio co-locations, rapid organic expansion and further M&A to scale the UK's leading boutique fitness platform; Joe Cohen and Robert and Hilary Rowland will take senior leadership roles in the new business.
