BoxUnion Acquires TITLE Boxing Club

BoxUnion, a Santa Monica-based fitness boxing brand, has acquired TITLE Boxing Club, a franchise operator with about 166 clubs across the United States, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The transaction was backed by the Kwanza Jones & José E. Feliciano SUPERCHARGED Initiative (KJSI) and other existing shareholders; leadership changes include Todd Wadler as CEO and Brooke Budke named president, franchise system, while TITLE’s ownership team remains equity holders.
