MW Fitness Holdings, LLC, parent of Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, has acquired KickHouse Fitness, combining KickHouse’s 26 franchise locations with Mayweather’s 65 locations under MW Fitness. The deal is intended to consolidate the two boutique fitness franchisors, expand franchise footprint across the U.S., and improve franchisee systems, marketing and operational support.
