Pentec Health Acquires Hartley Medical Center Pharmacy

Pentec Health, a specialty pharmacy and infusion services provider, has acquired Hartley Medical Center Pharmacy, a Long Beach, California-based compounding pharmacy specializing in sterile intrathecal medications for implanted pump therapy. Hartley will continue operating from its Long Beach 503A pharmacy with owner William Stuart remaining as General Manager; the deal expands Pentec's intrathecal sterile compounding capabilities and integrates pharmacy services with Pentec's nursing and administrative support.
