Funds affiliated with Blackstone Energy Transition Partners and other Blackstone funds have acquired Alliance Technical Group (ATG), a Decatur, Alabama–based provider of environmental testing, monitoring and compliance services. ATG operates more than 60 offices and labs across the U.S. and Canada with over 2,200 employees; terms were not disclosed.

(ATS), a cleanroom testing and certification services business based in Annapolis, Maryland. Premier Biotech Acquires National Test Systems

Premier Biotech, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired National Test Systems (NTS), a provider of rapid point-of-care drug screening supplies and services that serves more than 1,500 facilities across the United States. The acquisition expands Premier's point-of-care testing capabilities (including oral fluid testing) and deepens its presence in government and behavioral health end markets; NTS CEO Andrew Panico will remain involved to support the transition.

Advanced Automation Technologies (AAT), a PE-backed laboratory automation platform supported by Battery Ventures, has acquired TE Instruments (TEI), a Delft-based specialist in combustion elemental analyzers. TEI will join AAT's family of brands (including Skalar Analytical, LCTech, PromoChrom, EST Analytical, tsHR and GERSTEL) to create a unified combustion analyzer division and expand AAT's global sales, service and technical support in environmental, petrochemical and industrial markets.
