Motion Solutions Acquires Ibex Engineering

The deal expands Motion Solutions’ engineered solutions capabilities and extends its service offering into high-precision markets such as genomics, biomedical, pharmaceutical, microscopy, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Novanta Acquires ATI Industrial Automation

Novanta Inc. agreed to acquire ATI Industrial Automation for $172 million in upfront cash plus contingent payments and performance stock units; the deal was expected to close in Q3 2021. ATI, headquartered near Raleigh, North Carolina, supplies robotic end-of-arm tooling, force/torque sensors, and collision sensors to industrial and medical OEMs and will expand Novanta's capabilities in mission-critical robotic applications.

Clarivate Acquires Majority of MotionHall Assets
