Sonasoft Corporation (SSFT) completed the acquisition of E-Connect Software, Inc., integrating the AI services and data-engineering firm into Sonasoft Consulting. The deal adds data management, cloud migration and AI professional services capabilities to Sonasoft's NuGene AI platform and is intended to accelerate revenue and consulting growth in enterprise AI engagements.

LatticeFlow AI Acquires AI Sonar Ltd.

Swiss deep-tech firm LatticeFlow AI has acquired Dublin-based AI Sonar Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CloudSphere Ltd., to add on-prem AI discovery capabilities to its evidence-based AI governance platform. LatticeFlow assumes ownership of AI Sonar's platform, IP and engineering operations, establishes Dublin as an R&D hub, and will integrate AI Sonar's discovery capabilities with its centralized SaaS governance stack.

Siemens Digital Industries Software Acquires Canopus AI

Siemens Digital Industries Software has acquired Canopus AI, a Grenoble-based developer of AI-driven metrology and inspection software for semiconductor wafer and mask inspection. The acquisition integrates Canopus AI’s AI-enabled metrology capabilities into Siemens’ Calibre/EDA portfolio to improve inspection fidelity, accelerate yield ramp and expand Siemens’ semiconductor manufacturing digital thread.

Samsung Medison Acquires French Ultrasound AI Firm Sonio

Samsung Medison (part of Samsung) has completed a $92.4 million acquisition of Paris-based ultrasound AI company Sonio, acquiring 100% of the firm's shares after approval from the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance. Sonio — founded in 2020 and maker of FDA-cleared Sonio Detect for real-time fetal ultrasound guidance — will continue developing cross-vendor products while its AI capabilities are integrated into Samsung’s ultrasound roadmap.

Observe.AI Acquires ScopeAI

The deal expands Observe.AI's capabilities beyond voice to deliver unified voice-and-text conversation insights and positions ScopeAI's CEO Natalie Abeysena to lead the new Omnichannel product line.
