Alliance Ground International (AGI) has acquired Airport Terminal Services (ATS), adding 49 locations across the United States and Canada and marking AGI's first entry into passenger/terminal operations. ATS, founded in 1975 and based in St. Louis, Missouri, has more than 5,500 employees and provides full-range ground handling, cargo handling, refuelling, de-icing and lounge/concierge services.

The acquirer plans to rebrand the businesses under the BMH Equipment umbrella and consolidate inventory into a single e-commerce platform to speed delivery and unify offerings.

Alliance Ground International Acquires Maestro International Cargo

The deal expands AGI's warehouse footprint and aircraft parking capacity at ORD — including Maestro's WHO‑GDP certified cold‑chain pharmaceutical capabilities — as AGI grows its North American air cargo and below‑the‑wing services.

Alliance Ground International (AGI), a Miami-based ground handling operator backed by Audax Private Equity and Greenbriar Equity Group, has agreed to acquire Total Airport Services (TAS), a Spring, Texas-based passenger and cargo handling specialist. The add-on deal (from seller Grupo CCR) expands AGI's passenger-handling footprint across eight U.S. airports and complements its existing cargo capabilities; the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Integrated Global Services Acquires Coatings and Materials Business from Liquidmetal Industrial Solutions

Integrated Global Services, Inc. (IGS) has acquired the engineered coatings and materials business (the "Coatings and Materials Business") of Liquidmetal Industrial Solutions. The Chattanooga-based business, which specializes in high-performance thermal spray application services and materials (including patented Armacor technologies), will join IGS to expand its asset integrity and surface enhancement capabilities; Liquidmetal will continue to operate its remaining mechanical and inspection services.
