(UEC) agreed to acquire all outstanding common shares of UEX Corporation (UEX) via a statutory plan of arrangement, using a share exchange of 0.0831 UEC shares for each UEX share (implied C$0.43 per UEX share, ~50% premium). The deal, expected to close in Q3 2022, combines UEC's U.S. production-ready ISR assets and physical uranium holdings with UEX's Canadian exploration portfolio in Saskatchewan and Nunavut to create a larger North American-focused uranium company.

Premier American Uranium Inc. (PUR) completed an arrangement to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Nuclear Fuels Inc. (NF), with former NF shareholders receiving 0.33 PUR shares for each NF share. As a result, Nuclear Fuels becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier American Uranium as PUR expands and consolidates its U.S. uranium exploration portfolio, including the Kaycee and Cyclone projects in Wyoming.

Labrador Uranium Acquires Altius' Labrador Uranium-Copper Projects

Labrador Uranium Inc. acquired a 100% interest in the Central Mineral Belt Uranium-Copper Project and the Notakwanon Uranium Project from Altius Resources Inc. in exchange for 8,000,000 common shares of Labrador Uranium (approximately 16.8% of issued LUR shares) and a 2% gross overriding royalty on the projects. The transaction leaves Altius with an equity stake in Labrador Uranium and a royalty interest while Altius will file an early warning report in connection with the share issuance.

The private transactions gave WEF majority control of the Calgary-based oil and gas producer; WEF said it will continue to review its investment and may take further actions with respect to Greenfire's securities.

The purchase represents an incremental strategic investment by Waterous to consolidate its position in the Calgary-based oil sands producer.
