J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Mission Microwave Technologies

An investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company has acquired Mission Microwave Technologies, a Cypress, California-based maker of solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs) and block upconverters (BUCs) for satellite communications. Debt financing for the transaction was led by Barings and co-led by PennantPark and SMBC; prior majority shareholders (affiliates of GaAs Labs LLC), founders and management will remain material shareholders.

AE Industrial Partners Acquires Adcole Maryland Aerospace

AE Industrial Partners (AEI) has acquired Adcole Maryland Aerospace (AMA), a Marlborough, Massachusetts–based designer and manufacturer of mission-critical spacecraft components and small satellites, from Adcole Corporation/Artemis Capital Partners. The acquisition establishes AEI's space technology platform and aims to position AMA to capture growing demand from U.S. government and commercial space markets.

AE Industrial Partners Acquires American Pacific Corporation

AE Industrial Partners (AEI) has acquired American Pacific Corporation, a Cedar City, Utah-based manufacturer of specialty chemicals and materials used in aerospace, defense, space launch and fire suppression applications, from Huntsman Family Investments. The deal, which closed Feb. 6, 2020, will position AEI to grow American Pacific as a platform investment and further support customers in national security and space programs.

Phoenix Tower International Acquires Tower Ventures Sites and Technology Associates EC (TAEC)

Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has acquired a 100% ownership interest in Tower Ventures Holdings III, LLC, giving PTI 202 additional wireless telecommunications sites in the United States. PTI also completed the acquisiton of Technology Associates EC Inc. (TAEC), adding 90+ telecom infrastructure professionals and expanding PTI's US engineering, site-acquisition and construction project management capabilities.
