Automatic Fire Protection (AFP) acquired Houston/Tomball-based Apex Fire Protection and West Texas Fire (a division of West Texas Industrial Supply) to expand its geographic footprint across Texas and broaden its fire protection product and service offerings. The deals add water-based sprinkler installation capabilities, extinguisher and kitchen-hood services, and strengthen AFP's ability to serve commercial and industrial customers across Texas.
