Digital Colony Management, LLC has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Landmark Dividend LLC, the sponsor that owns the general partner of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP. Upon closing of the sponsor acquisition, Digital Colony said it intends to submit a proposal to the LMRK board to acquire substantially all of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP, proposing $13.00 per common unit (valuing LMRK at ~ $972 million).

Arable Capital Partners, via its newly formed platform Laurel Agriculture + Water Solutions (Laurel Ag), has acquired US Irrigation, a Bakersfield, California-based irrigation design and rental services provider. The bolt-on expands Laurel Ag’s precision water and irrigation capabilities across California and Arizona and brings US Irrigation’s founder Jon Tkac onto the Laurel Ag executive team.

Cerberus Capital Management Acquires Landmark Structures from Graycliff Partners

Cerberus Capital Management has acquired Landmark Structures, a North American designer, manufacturer and installer of elevated water and industrial storage tanks, from Graycliff Partners. Landmark, headquartered in Texas, will continue to be led by CEO Chris Lamon (who and the management team retain a minority stake) and will receive Cerberus' support to expand capabilities, services and geographic reach.

Trivest Partners and Lincoln Road Form Landmark Paving Platform

Trivest Partners (via its Discovery Fund) and Lincoln Road Global Management have completed an investment to form Landmark Paving, a new pavement maintenance platform headquartered in Oviedo, Florida. Landmark Paving was created through the acquisition of DH Striping and Lynne Services and will focus on organic growth and strategic add-on acquisitions across the U.S., serving retail, REITs, property managers and site developers.

Riverview Landscapes Acquires Irrigation and Landscape Management's Landscaping and Snow Business

Riverview Landscapes acquired the landscaping and snow management business of Irrigation and Landscape Management, Inc. (ILM), a Parsippany, New Jersey–based provider of commercial landscaping, irrigation design/installation, drainage and fertilization services. The deal expands Riverview's Northern New Jersey footprint and irrigation/snow-management capabilities and is the company's 19th acquisition since 2022; ILM founder Steven Raibick will remain involved in a consulting capacity.

Lincoln Road and Trivest Partner with Brothers Paving to Combine with Landmark Paving
