Bentley Systems’ digital integrator business, Cohesive Group, has acquired Vetasi, an international enterprise asset management (EAM) consultancy with a strong focus on IBM Maximo. The acquisition expands Cohesive’s Maximo managed-services, cloud hosting and low-code capabilities and increases its geographic footprint across EMEA and Asia Pacific by adding Vetasi’s ~200+ employees and regional operations.

Blue Yonder Acquires flexis AG

Blue Yonder has acquired German software provider flexis AG to broaden its manufacturing production optimization and transportation planning capabilities. The acquisition adds flexis' production planning and scheduling, order slotting and sequencing, and transportation/vehicle routing capabilities to Blue Yonder's end-to-end supply chain platform, strengthening its offering for automotive and industrial OEM customers.

EQT (via Otello BidCo AB) Acquires OX2 AB

EQT Infrastructure VI, through acquisition vehicle Otello BidCo AB, completed a recommended public offer to acquire 100% of OX2 AB at SEK 60 per share and now controls 98.81% of the company; OX2 has applied for delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm. EQT says it will support OX2's evolution from a pure developer to an integrated renewables developer and asset owner and provide additional investment to grow the company's pipeline across onshore/offshore wind, solar and storage.
