Baird Capital’s private equity team has made a growth investment in Azzur Group to accelerate expansion of the company’s early‑phase life science services, including Azzur Cleanrooms on Demand. Financial terms were not disclosed; Baird Capital advisors Brett Tucker and Dave Schroeder joined Azzur’s board and Gary Knight joined as an independent director. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company served as Azzur’s financial advisor and Edgemont Partners advised Baird Capital.

Baird Capital Invests in eCube Solutions

Baird Capital, the direct investment arm of Robert W. Baird & Co., has acquired an interest in eCube Solutions Limited, a UK-based provider of aircraft storage, disassembly and parts re-use and recycling services. The investment will fund expansion of eCube's UK operations, accelerate growth at its new continental European facility in Spain, expand parking and disassembly capacity, and support entry into the North American market.

Turnspire Capital Partners Acquires USG Water Solutions from Veolia

Turnspire Capital Partners' affiliate has acquired USG Water Solutions from Veolia North America. Headquartered in Atlanta and Perry, Georgia, USG provides water asset management, tank maintenance, smart metering and water quality technologies across 47 states with over 450 employees; Turnspire named John C. Flaugher as CEO and will operate USG as an independent, growth-focused platform.

Baird Capital and Syndicate Invest in GreenLight Biosciences
