PSG-Backed Signaturit and Ivnosys Acquire Majority Stake in Universign

PSG has acquired a majority stake in Universign, which will join PSG-backed Signaturit and Ivnosys to create a combined European provider of digital signature, digital transaction management and trust services. The combined group will expand its product suite and European footprint while Universign founder and CEO Julien Stern remains in leadership and becomes a shareholder; Bertrand Sciard was appointed Chairman of the board.
