Uniguest, an Atlantic Street Capital–backed provider of managed engagement technology, has acquired UK-based Tripleplay, a market leader in digital signage, IPTV, and video streaming solutions. The deal combines Tripleplay with Uniguest's prior acquisition ONELAN to expand the platform's global digital-signage and IPTV capabilities and accelerate product and market growth.
