Nashville-based Uniguest has acquired pCare, a New York–based provider of interactive patient engagement systems, to broaden its healthcare technology offerings. Uniguest, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, will integrate pCare's bedside TV, digital signage, mobile apps and EHR‑integrated platform to enhance patient experience and expand market penetration; pCare has more than 200 employees.
