CW Industrial Partners Acquires Bryant Products and SST Conveyor Components

Cleveland-based private equity firm CW Industrial Partners acquired Bryant Products, Inc. (Ixonia, WI) and SST Conveyor Components, Inc. (Cincinnati, OH) to form a new conveyor products platform focused on engineered conveyor rollers, pulleys, bearings and related components. The deal is intended to consolidate capabilities in the material handling sector and support growth and integration across the combined businesses.
