An affiliate of Shadowbriar Capital Partners acquired a controlling stake in Benada Aluminum Products from Big Shoulders Capital and ABGB Capital; the sellers will remain minority investors. White Oak provided $32.5 million of committed debt financing to support the transaction. Shadowbriar intends to partner with Benada's management to expand the company's manufacturing capabilities and drive long-term growth across its building-products and industrial end markets.

The transaction brings MOD into a larger joint venture alongside IIG-owned businesses (including Savannah Industrial Solutions) to expand metalwork, stonework and finishing capabilities and enable bidding on larger, integrated interior projects.

Aterian Investment Partners closed Aterian Opportunities II, LP, a ~$460 million single-asset continuation vehicle to purchase Vander-Bend Manufacturing from Aterian Investment Partners II (Fund II). The transaction provides approximately $90 million of incremental growth equity to Vander-Bend and is anchored by investors including J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives, Hollyport Capital and Blackstone Strategic Partners; Aterian management and certain Fund II LPs rolled meaningful equity.
